SEATTLE, WASHINGTON (October 3, 2006) – AMVC.com, an amateur video production and distribution company, today announced that it has purchased all-world rights to all videos and content of Cams On Demand, an amateur gay video production company.
Included in the purchase were approximately 16 videos already released on AMVC.com, some unreleased footage, several domain names, and digital images and video clips. The purchase price was for an undisclosed amount.
“This is our fourth purchase of an outside video company,” says AMVC.com co-owner Allen McNulty. “We’ve gotten pretty good and making this a smooth transition and this one seems to have gone without a hitch.” he adds.
