SEATTLE, WASHINGTON (October 3, 2006) \u2013 AMVC.com<\/a>, an amateur video production and distribution company, today announced that it has purchased all-world rights to all videos and content of Cams On Demand<\/a>, an amateur gay video<\/a> production company.<\/p>\n

Included in the purchase were approximately 16 videos already released on AMVC.com, some unreleased footage, several domain names, and digital images and video clips. The purchase price was for an undisclosed amount.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is our fourth purchase of an outside video company,\u201d says AMVC.com co-owner Allen McNulty. \u201cWe\u2019ve gotten pretty good and making this a smooth transition and this one seems to have gone without a hitch.\u201d he adds.<\/p>\n
